Bill was professional and friendly. I called up Bill to install a new electric hot water system. And it was pretty tricky situation as it required climbing and crawling into roof cavity and identify where the pipes were running, but Bill was kindly enough to come visit 3 times before came up with a great solution. And the job was done cleanly and tidy, very happy with the end result.

Bill did a fantastic job clearing our blocked toilet drainage - he managed to fit us in the same day of booking, and was professional, friendly and personable from the very start. He was quickly able to source out the root of the problem with his diagnostic camera, and used high pressure water jet to clear the blockage. He cleared away the problem tree roots for us and clearly advised us on further pipe work required. His pricing is fixed and was extremely reasonable for all his time, hard work and professional efforts! We would definitely recommend The Plumbing Wizard and use Bill’s services again - he is a lovely and genuine professional overall!
