No continuity of property staff refusal to return bond even though you leave the house in better condition than you rented it. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions and the promises to get back to you they dont.

Kerry Willmott was our property manager. Constantly had to follow up things regarding maintenance with no communication. Our oven broke and it took us filling court action for them to do anything. We wanted to terminate our contract ASAP. Kerry wasn't going anything to help so I spoke to the acting licensee (Ian Mullett) he then abused me over the phone and wouldn't help us. We paid rent a few hours late because their system took time to process our payment, however, we still received a breach notice. This is the most unorganised and unprofessional property management company I have ever gone through. I have made a complaint against them to the Department of Commerce that is under current investigation. I would give then agency a negative 5 stars if i could.

Ian Mullet was an absolute proffessional and he knows his job well. Gave us excellent advice and even solved an issue with the finance advisor we used ... goes out of his way to direct you and provided us genuine information. Definitely worth using this estate agent ..

Standard realestate, money grabbing. Unfortunately very unprofessional, in 6 months my friend was given 3 agents due to coming and going. No aid was given leaving it up to her friends to pitch in and find information from real, real estates. Currently aiding her in seeking legal aid for dodgy maintenance work carried out after vacate.Avoid at all costs, if they don’t ruin your day and those around you their “maintenance guy” definitely will.

would not even give them a one very childish and hard to deal with, make life very hard for you will not help in any way, take my stay clear does not matter how desperate you are , not good realestate to do business with. The Rental Officer just did not want to communicate and for the life of me, just could not get a message right, got my bond back after they kept threatening me with every little things they are very intimidating. Out of 10 1 would reasonable

Worst real estate experience in my life! Had a lovely agent show me a 1 acre house and land in Dwellingup. Rang him 2 days later and asked to put in an offer but he said it was too low. I said we would consider going up and the massive new shed on the property could be sold to reduce the price as we didn’t want it. He said his principal was the actual marketer and would get back to me. 9 days later NO word from them. Not even interested in negotiating apparently. All I can say is I am glad it is not my property which has been on the market for over a year and which they are SUPPOSED to be selling.
