Easy booking online, booked Friday afternoon and got them to come at 11am Saturday morning. Turned up on time, friendly, got the job done, no hassle. $89 for a one bed flat (lounge and bedroom). Would def use again.

Niko, the gentleman who cleaned our carpets, was kind and considerate and did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets that I thought were hopeless. I just want to let you know that the carpet cleaning appointment turned out to be a great deal. After your visit, the carpets were visibly cleaner (and that is said by a man who is not so fanatic about cleanliness), there weren't any dirty spots and they look almost brand new. I even asked for the scotchgard option as this will protect the carpets from future messes and spills - easier for a man to keep them clean :)

So I wrote a review previously however, they asked me to take it down due to them 'compensating me' with a 50% off voucher when I will never be using there service again however, after the fact of them telling me they will refund money and should show up in my account they then change there response to if the charge doesnt appear then it was refunded" I urge EVERYONE NEVER TO USE PAUL'S CARPET CLEANING. They have the worst customer service and they beat around the bush. They dont show up when they send you a confirmation email
