Dropped my BMW GS for fitting a larger windscreen, centre stand and inspection. All done within a day or two (!). Picked it up the following Saturday and Larry was very helpful with walking me through all the updates and the paperwork. Fair price. Highly recommend.

Have called into motor works a few times in last fortnight with questions about scooter I was buying. Staff were great. Justin went above and beyond trying to help me source a small part. Was never made to feel I was a nuisance. As a result of this I have booked my scooter in for service with them.

After supposed air cleaner clean and re oil, I was advised foam air cleaner was needing replacement ordered. Ordered new one whilst there with mechanic, wrong air cleaner was delivered to shop and nothing like the one on my bike.One does wonder if the work they said was done on bike and charged for was actually done ????

Yeah honestly wouldn't go back again because it cost me $253 labour,2 hours. For an hour's labour at most. $120 for the oil and filter and brake fluid.All for an oil filter,oil and brake fluid that didn't need changing as it was cleanevery single other time I go to horizon or bike works they charge me about an hour's labour for an oil change,shops a joke that trys to rip everyone off takes me 20 minute's to do oil and filter as there is one bolt on the bottom that is the easiest bolt to reach and so is the filter as it's at the front and another 20 to check the bike and do brake fluid and not 2 hours and I took it in at 9am and had it back to me by 12 so what they spent all that time on my bike and left the others? What a laugh.$375 all up for oil,a filter and brake fluid,oh well learnt my lesson,do it yourself or go to bike works or horizon simple as that.Oh also states Joel lubed the chain and adjusted and it was dry and loose and even my Bar end mirror was loose from were they obviously hit another bike, oh well lesson learned,only reason I went here is because they specialise" in triumph

The service is absolutely fantastic. They fitted me in straight away and were really friendly. I can't speak highly enough of them and will definitely be dealing with them more.
