Prior to the commencement of our build, people told us that building is a stressful process. I can honestly say that was NOT my experience with the Ultra Group. From our first meeting to discuss our dream, to opening the door to our brand new family home, the team at Ultra made our experience as easy as can be.As we are first home buyers, we definitely felt in over our heads when we began the process, but a member of the Ultra team was always just a phone call away with easy to understand information, great advise backed by an excellent industry knowledge and recommendations to make that dream in our heads a reality.Once constructions started, there was always progress on our home. My wife and I were lucky enough to get to visit the site often, and whenever we did there was always something new to look at. Our site supervisor was always easy to get hold of and ready to answer any questions we had along the way as well as accomodating any changes we wanted to make throughout the build.Now our build is complete and I am amazed at the quality and attention to detail Ultra Group have put into our home. Things that other companies offer as Extras" came standard in our package.My family and I are exceptionally happy with our new family home and can't wait to start making new memories together and for that I'd like to thank the Ultra Group.I would also like to give special thanks to Jess

I have watched my son and daughter in law trying to build a house with this company. 2 years in and they are still waiting with no finish in sight. Very poor communication. Workmanship at best is sub-standard. So many defects going unresolved. The company owner asking for more money even though they have not completed the work that has been paid for. I have seen a home in the area knocked down and the site cleared and a new home built and the people have moved in. This all happened after my sons house started. Avoid this company at all costs. If you do build with them employ an independent contractor to inspect the work they carry out. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. This is just my opinion.

Beautiful home that just keeps on going, every room has a wow moment. Colour palette was inspirational and interior design was on point. Just what my husband and I are wanting in a family home. The ultra team were very welcoming and informative. One of the best display homes I have seen yet.

Update 28/6/2023: Several attempts to contact The Ultra Group, countless emails, reception messages and text messages with no response. Last contact with resolution team May 31st.Update: Almost 12 months since moving in and my expensive scratched/missing parts shower mixers are still not replaced, defective counter tops still not fixed or replaced. Improperly paint finished base boards still not corrected. Scratched eaves still not addressed. Minimal communication with the builder. Terrible building experience with The Ultra Group aka Hudson York Pty Ltd. Signed December 2020, it’s been 2.5 years of delays and excuses to fix the simplest of items!

I have had friends use Ultra group to build and they have all mentioned that the professionalism and friendliness of their staff is beyond exceptional. When it comes time to building I will definitely be calling them to help!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending The Ultra Group Australia open home, and couldn't believe the quality, style and value this amazing home offers. After being the construction industry for over 30 years, it's not often you see a home to this level of perfection. The innovation, styling and design is top class. Out of many features I loved, the cinema, facade, ensuite and curved walls ensures the Amara 27 is by far my favourite display home in this region and QLD.A huge congratulations to the Ultra team.

Do not recommend. Our family built with Ultra Living Homes/Ultra Group and regret it.The house was handed over with so many defects-water leaks, mould, bad paint work the list goes on so many problems from the day they handed over the house. Appalling customer service, very exclusive when responding to emails and phone calls. Alarmingly they have very high staff turnover with different trades all the time, also the general manger and construction manager have both recently left the company. We built with Ultra because they were the most economical option, we regret the decision & still dealing with defects. May 2023

Unfortunately, my experience with The Ultra Living Group has been extremely negative. As someone who signed on with the company in January 2021 with the promise of a completed house by December of the same year, I can confidently say that the company has completely failed to deliver on their promises. Not only is the build more than 9 months past the original contractual completion date, but the excuses we have received have been numerous and unconvincing.What's more concerning is the attitude of Peter Nastrom, the owner of the company. Rather than being understanding of the impact these delays have had on our young family, he has been dismissive and even hostile. I was taken aback when he used phrases like I can drag this build out for months if I wanted to" - it was as if he had no concern for our wellbeing or the fact that every week of delay was costing us significant sums of money.To make matters worse

Highly recommend. Kylie and the team made the process a lot less stressful than I thought and the communication along the way was above and beyond. If I ever build again I will be coming back.

Just finished building with the Ultra group. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very happy with the quality of our new home.
