Best dominos pizza I have had in a while. Was ready for quite a while before we actually got handed our food from the hotbox but worth the wait. Would have got 5 stars if staff were more attentive to the job.

Ordering for peperoni pizza with cheesy crust but instead got the chick bac and aioli with cheesy crust, called them and she said that well are you happy about it? I answered of course im not cause its not what i want and she asked again well do you want us to remake itI asked how long is it going to takeAnd she said well about an hour since we’re busy and she keep asking if im okay to eat it or notVery poor customer service girl whoever u are of course im not happy about it since its not whats on my order and thats the response oh well thanks for the experience…

What a mess!!! Waited 30 mins extra for a pick up order (asking twice in between if order was ready). Third ask, found out order didn't go through their machine. Fair enough, errors happen. But the disappointment was not being attended to. Staff kept taking in walk in orders while 5+ people are waiting for their late orders without fixing the late issues first. All three times I asked where my order was the staff would look for it and would not come back to tell me where it was. I guess they were distracted at the chaos that was happening.Almost 1 hour later my order came out but one of the pizzas was wrong. I just walked away and didn't even bother telling them.Also, the kitchen was a disaster, old pizza sitting on the prep table, dirty pans. Gross.March 24th 2023. 630pm.

Domino’s Pizza Greenslopes
Most hit and miss dominos i’ve been to. Always delicious and decent value (the xtra large pizzas are the best) but there are alot of quality issues. Me and my roomates order the same 3 pizzas each time and more often than not the double bacon has none of the sauce on top. Always cut so so badly, once recently the pizza was just completely uncut. Have had a few also where the dough was undercooked. Obviously all these quality issues are likely a result of the fast working pace, but I think customer satisfaction would greatly improve if the team focused on improving these things!

I know I’m not going to dominos for the best pizzas in the suburb but what we received from this store wasn’t worth paying for. Both pizzas are loaded with white sauce that has a absolutely no flavour not to mention the couple of extra litres of sauce they put on. Lucky the garlic bread was alright or I would be starving.

I've ordered deep pan pizzas today. They gave pizzas with classic crust and he is arguing that's a deep Pan. The Pizzas are half burnt. The worst Pizzas we got Pizzas today. Kids didn't like these Pizzas. They ate one piece and throw it away. I've clearly informed to guy in the counter that i want deep pan pizza and not burnt but he still gave the classic crust and burnt pizza. I'm not happy at all. This happened to me second time. I won't recommend any one to buy pizzas from this store especially if you're buying pizza for kids.

Domino’s Pizza Greenslopes
Normally pretty good but tonight ordered a mega meat lovers and a chocolate shake and it was pretty average indeed. Normally would take the drive to connon Hill but decided not too and got a pizza that wasn't all that hot, the base was as mushy as anything and, thick shake wasn't a thick shake, had the consistency of milk. Would have expected better for $25 Dominos greenslopes.

CUT YOUR PIZZAS PROPERLY!!Twice I have received outrageously cut pizzas from this store. First time was 3 pizzas this time was 4, so a total of 7 Pizzas have been received. Have you been with a bunch of kids when pizza is handed out it’s mayhem then to add these kinds of slices to the mix was pure chaos. Of course they were going to argue! Didn’t even give me a refund when I call store and requested. Slow down customer satisfaction should be above smashing out as many orders as you can as quickly as possible.
