25/01/2020 - Since my last review 6 months ago, we have now purchased a different block of land, again with the help of Linda and her team, they are totally thorough, and make sure that everything goes through smoothly. Thanks Linda & team, DanielleWe recently used Linda and her team at Advantage Conveyancing for a potential land purchase. We were very impressed with the level of knowledge and detail that went into the Section 32. With their advice we sort a soil test before we purchased the land, and thankfully we had this advise as it proved to be 'problem' soil. From this result, although we did not proceed with the purchase, we would highly recommend Linda and the team for helping us to avoid possible complications and further expense down the road.
