I cannot count the years that Chris and his team at Smithfield have looked after my pool. Their knowledge, expertise, service, equipment & chemicals are all top notch and to top it off they are a great bunch of guys. I am a very satisfied customer and I have no hesitation to recommend their services.

Been using pool services since 2009 and have started with the Pool Man 2 months ago. Pool has never looked better and pricing is very reasonable - compared to the previous 2 services I used. Both were more expensive and less attentive. I am very happy with my sparkling clean pool and and fully recommend their services.Staff at my shop in Trinity Beach is also super friendly and professional.

I can't speak highly enough of Clayton. His knowledge, professionalism and proficiency was above any other pool person I have encountered in Cairns. He made diagnosing our leak issue seem easy after we'd spoken to countless people that had gotten it wrong or told us it would be a huge expensive process to figure out. Then he got in and got it fixed in good time. Cheers Clayton!
