I keep calling and no one is answering I've called five times today and two yesterday I left two voice mails with my number and no one has called me back I don't even know where use are or that I was transferred to use instead of lakehaven or that I had an appointment coming up I had no notification what so ever poor poor customer service I am not happy at all two days to get a bloody phone call!!

Absolutely the rudest group of people there, I'm not even linked with them and I've witnessed my friend be talked down by her jp about what she wanted to do. She is so rude if my friend is slightly late or early and I've been there with her more than once. Nothing is good enough for these people. She's tried to switch job providers and they basically laughed in her face
