I bought my 2022 MT10SP at another shop, the Excite team have serviced my bike, and I have also purchased a couple of thousand dollars of accessories from them. I have zero complaints, and I get a text when my ordered parts are in. Great guys, they are on the ball. I call a spade a spade, and these Excite guys are straight up to deal with too.

Brilliant. Rang up for fork seals to be repaired on a bike yesterday at 2pm and have just picked the bike up, completely done at 11am - that’s service. Lovely to deal with Ben as well as his colleague in the workshop - accomodating and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you guys!!

Be very careful with handing over any money if for ANY REASON you might have to pull out of finalising a purchase! Robert in sales is a top guy & after paying a deposit I returned later with a very valid reason for having to 'pull out'. He was totally understanding; immediately asked for my Bank details & said he would refer it to the owner; but the owner refused to return my deposit.Fair Trading said I have a strong case for being able to get my money back.I've heard TeamMoto at Blacktown are very reputable...

I had a life threatening experience here.I regret not having made this review sooner because I feel like people should know this.Unrelated to this ‘mechanic’ I had my clutch line fail on an R15 i was learning to ride on. After calling this place they confirmed they would be able to replace the line on the spot so that i could continue on my way to work that day so I got my bike towed to the site.Upon arrival, the staff behind the counter tried to tell me they would have to keep the bike overnight, still just for the clutch line.It was after quite some negotiations which left me feeling nauseated, that they folded and said they could replace the line immediately.When I got home from work I decided to check out the workmanship my vehicle received.Ohh how I regret not doing this sooner asI was able to screw my clutch line off easily with my fingers.Im not sure if I can convey how stressful this experience wasStay away from this man at any cost!I have no idea how he remains accredited for Yamaha.

Bought a riding jacket from Shane but was quite heavy and doesn't fit. Wanted to get an exchange but this guy refused saying we don't do exchanges on refunded whereas the receipt does mention that they happily accept exchanges. Better avoid this store as this salesperson Shane just wants your hard-earned money.
