Last year I was there to buy shiseido products. The Chinese lady that works there wasn’t helpful at all. I asked her that I wanted to see the products, she was rude and didn’t want to show me the products. I couldn’t stand her at all. I was going to walk out and then the owner came to take over so that stupid Chinese lady can go help out at the pharmacy area. The owner was so nice, she even gave me some free samples. If that Chinese lady continues to give horrible customer service, the owner needs to fire her.
