Nice motel with very clean and tidy rooms. Bathroom was in great condition and very clean.The lighting could be better as it's very dull (I was in room 21).Note the rooms are not at all sound proof so everyone can hear everything across adjacent rooms.

Good sized quiet clean room with parking right outside. Fast hot water and a comfy bed..We walked close by to have a nice meal and a drink & walked 400 mts back on a decent foot path that was well lit. We would definitely come here again...

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. The pool is a relief after a long bike ride. Some some reason The Golden Leaf is the preferred motel for smokers, unless I have greatly underestimated the quantity of smokers.

The room was lovely and even had a spa bath. Had everything we needed for one night stay before a trek up to Mount feathertop! I left my shoes there and the lovely owners/staff sent them back to me! thank you! :)

Amazing friendly service and the rooms are beautiful and clean, parking available for all rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone, they also allowed us to checkin half an hour early without us checking over the phone. Just so nice, made our trip stress free.

Room good size and clean.Shower is awesome, very hot which is just what you need agree being on the snow all day.TV, reverse cycle, tea and coffee in room.Restaurant on-site. Closed due to covid unfortunately.Pool, bit to cold for that.Very nice and accomadating mangementQuiet and room are really dark when you close up, so perfect for a food nights sleep.Really comfy bed.Older motel but kept in really great condition.Close to townFantastic place to stay.

Golden Leaf Motel
Rooms are spotless and well kept after, very friendly and inviting staff. Stayed 3 nights, in which I had a very peaceful sleep. The pool has been very well looked after, it was sparkling clean and was in a great location to watch the kids while using the barbecue. The Motel in is a perfect spot for going shopping and sightseeing, will 100% be coming back, thank you and see you guys next year!
