Don't buy a drone from this place. They're all happy to help when it's within warranty but if you're suspicious of something wearing out, they would rather you risk flying it and crashing it so they in turn get your business when you purchase a new one. Just as well there's other shops in Gladstone to buy drones coz I'm never giving these guys my business again.

Walked around the store trying to find a sofa. Not one staff approached me, not even a side glance. They were too busy chatting to each other.

Could use some cheaper selection on lounge suits etc but still service seem to be good

Went in to buy a fridge None available so we brought a tv instead lol great helpful staff very knowledgeable on products Pick up was easy enough just a short drive shop was clean and tidy with wheelchair access. Air con was also amazing

I went to Harvey Norman today to purchase a set of head phones. I stood near the head phone section for 10 minutes and no one approached me to ask if they could help. I asked a young gentleman if he could help me and he said that he was in the TV section and could not help. I then asked another female and her answer was the same. There were 2 employees attending to 2 customers in the audio section but did not attempt to asure me that they will attend to me as soon as possible. I walked out the store and went to Betta Electrical and was served immediately with the item I was looking for. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Where has multi skilling gone.. tv

Great store this one....from the outside it doesn't look that big but once inside wow it's quite a big store....of course it's not harveys biggest store but it does carry all products as you would find in a normal store...the staff were very friendly when I was there. And more than happy to help me...it's clean and neat and surounded by other stores near by...

Service in the store was excellent.ResolvedBought a freezer on Saturday as our freezer packed up and I had a freezer full of food deteriorating.Requested an early Monday delivery to save as much food as possible. Was told that was possible. We live 8 mins from the store.Received an automated message delivery between 12 and 3.15.on Monday.Called warehouse. They said message was automated and couldn’t help.Called store. Same response. Employee spoke to the manager who did not even bother to come to the phone. Nothing they could do but not even a sympathetic response.feeling very disappointed.Harvey Norman has always treated us better. Deliveries are part and parcel of the service.The manager did eventually call me and was apologetic.They did resolve the matter by refunding my delivery fee.I feel much more respected as a customer now.
