After owner building 3 homes, my husband being in the building industry and my father being the owner of a building company, my husband and I know a little about the home building industry and can be quite critical and judgemental of workmanship. We know that no build is perfect and without difficulties and problems but TrueBuild came pretty close. They built the home we designed and allowed us changes throughout the build and suggest improvements along the way. The few minor issues we had were dealt with after mutual discussion in a very timely manner and the end result is a stylish, well build home we love and are proud of.We are very thankful to Eddy and Taffy for putting up with our demands and desires for what we hope is our final and forever home. We would not hesitate to, and would highly recommend TrueBuild to anyone wanting to build their dream home.

After viewing the homes of various builders and attending several meet and greets, choosing Truebuild Homes was the best decision we made. Both Ed and Taffy were enthusiastic about our build and brought our dreams to life. They were both very approachable, easy to get in contact with and kept us up to date through the entire build process. The boys stuck to the schedule and had our home delivered to us on time. Going into our first build, we were a little apprehensive after hearing loads of horror stories however Taf and Eddy at TrueBuild Homes have been AMAZING every step of the way!While our house is still nearing completion, we have appreciated their advice and support from start to finish. From designing our own custom floor plan to choosing colours and features, the boys always go the extra mile for us. Nothing has been a hassle for them. Dealing with the builders directly has been a huge advantage and their professionalism has been second to none. I can only hope Truebuild homes are less reckless with their construction than their driving. I was tailgated aggressively and witnessed a truebuild Ute aggressively changing lanes in heavy traffic on the M7.Very poor behaviour from someone driving a company vehicle

We truly believe we could not of had a better experience building our first home. Being a young couple and this being our first home, we were able to build to budget with no variations throughout the build. The boys were extremely open and honest, they were patient and they made the whole process really enjoyable. They went above and beyond organising additional quotes way outside of there scope of works and we cant thank them enough for giving us our perfect first home. We had heard many stories about building that were daunting and didn't know where to start. When we started looking for a builder we found true build homes. We met With Taffy and Ed and felt comfortable right from the start. Our build was Exciting, easy, relaxing and fun from concept to the completion. We had many meetings on site and the boys were always just a phone call away for the many questions we had and they were always dealt with happily!! The level of our inclusions was excellent coming in on budget and the build right on time. We had the whole interior of our existing home demolished and rebuilt by TrueBuild and were very impressed with all aspects of the build. There were no hidden extras to the cost, the fittings and fixtures were of high quality and the communication throughout the whole process from Ed and Taffy was exceptional. It was especially pleasing to have the work completed on time at all stages and to have all our queries responded to punctually, regardless of the issue.
