Great experience dealing with Tracie. She bent over backwards to help us out with our shop carpets and got them in super quickly. She was very knowledgeable and kindly guided us towards an option that we hadn't considered. We highly recommend.

Very happy with Steve (and the excellent installer Steve) with the great price and proactive service too. I have left this review at 4 stars due to the owner of the Cranbourne and Mornington stores (Cameron) not taking the time/courtesy to respond to my emails and still waiting...

As far as I am concerned could not have had a better supplier and installer. The shop staff were good and explained all the different options. We purchased floating floor boards and carpet in the bedrooms both installing teams were brilliant. This is the 2nd time we have Cranbourne floorworld for 2 houses we have lived in, hope there is not a third house BUT if there is I will be back.

Sharps Floorworld have been awesome to deal with. Our floorboards look amazing! Milad the layer was sensational. Thanks to everyone for an easy experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very happy with the service from Floorworld Cranbourne. All staff were extremely helpful and their price and selection of carpets is great. The installer did a fantastic job also. We will definitely highly recommend their services to others.

Sharps Floorworld Mornington were excellent to deal with especially JillShe was very patient and her knowledge of their products was also excellent. Adam and Jake did an amazing job on the laying of our floor and also swept and removed all of the packaging and offcuts from our homeWe love our floor

We are absolutely thrilled with our new carpets. Deb from the Mornington store was so helpful, she always responded to my emails and was terrific to deal with. The carpet layers were terrific also and it took them no time at all to lay the carpet. Very happy!

Tracie delivered consistently good service from the start to the end. Guided me to select the best floor for my needs, great product knowledge on flooring & helped me step out of my comfort zone with my selection. Tracie worked hard to get the job booked in early, the guys arrived on time and did a great job. Tracie even reached out to see how everything went all was done. Unprofessional and actually rather rude on the phone.Wish we hadn’t wasted our time with this lot. Had a person come measure our house up and we explained we would like this done soon. We had the cash and were ready to start ASAP.We went into the show room the next day and picked 2 different products to be quoted on. Never heard from them again.When hubby rang - the people were rude about this.Apparently our money isn’t good enough for Floorworld Cranbourne.That’s ok we spent our $10k at Carpet World in Hallam who didn’t muck us around.Avoid these time wasters!Edit to respond to owner below - I am not sure who you think this job was in regards to but we were not waiting for subfloor works" - no idea what you are talking about. There was nothing to be prepped at all rather we were asking the measurer (Tracie was the person who attended) to quote including all prep and install.Effectively we were waiting on a quote for all works - nothing else and it was not 24 hours at all. We had the person measure it on the Friday and its been WEEKS and no quote at all. My husband actually rang almost a week later to ask what the hold up was as the lovely attendee in the shop said it should be a few days but this was a week later - A WEEK.Nothing at all to do with 24 hours.I suggest you train your staff better if you cannot deliver on what you say you will???I would advise anyone who is unsure to google these lot and be sure before making a decision."
