I have been going to Royal Touch Hair & Beauty since over 3 years now. Would never want to go anywhere else. They are simply the most down to earth and caring group of hair and beauty professionals who love their craft and share that beauty with their clients. All the staff there are so skillful and friendly and the owner Poonam is simply amazing and talented. She always makes sure each and every customer leaves the salon with a big smile on their face. I would give these guys 100 out of 10 ♥️

charges you whatever price they feel like and do a terrible job. Makeup was 10 shades off and hair was all crimped from the back. Would definitely not recommend going there. Terrible service

I have been a customer of Royal Touch for many years. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They treat me like a family. The service is excellent. Yes you do need to wait a long time especially during weekends and that shows how good the service is. The owner is a very kind hearted person too. Every staff working is speciliased in specific services that they deliver to the customer and that is the beauty of it. My experience has always been the best.

I have been a regular customer for three years. I am always satisfied with the way the staff look after me. The price range is reasonable, service is done within the timeframe. I recently had a facial and hot oil hair massage at the parlour with Preet, and it was absolutely fantastic! Preet provided exceptional service, and her expertise made the experience truly rejuvenating. Highly recommended!

I went for a full face waxing and the lady actually peeled half my skin off my face with the wax, she didnt even notice until another lady came and told her thats she had burned me and that she was waxing the wrong way. After this i heard them talking and the lady said it was her first time waxing and she was sorry. They said it wouldnt scar but i still have a huge scar on my cheek and its not going away. I dont recommend going to this place anymore! I have been so many other places for face waxing and this is the first time, they said it happens to everyone. They still took full amount even after this!

Poonam has been my eyebrow technician for over 7 years now, and she’s still the only one I trust to do my eyebrows. She is gentle, thorough and her shaping is perfect every time. Her prices are very affordable and I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Royal Touch. Highly recommended!
