From the warm greeting on arrival to the wide range of exhibits on display, we really enjoyed our visit. The rock collection facinated the boys, the rabbit proof fence display and old machinery, us parents.

So inspired and grateful to the people who have put this museum together, what a fantastic achievement!! The lady at front desk is lovely and very helpful. A coffee shop would be good.

Mount Magnet Visitor Centre
It's a shame when information centres aren't open on the weekend. The website says yes but the place is closed. I bought something last year and was so impressed we came through with a specific purpose to stop again. The caravan park is packed so the centre has lost valuable business. It's a wonderful resource and could do well to change the hours to 7 days.

This is a great place to see the history of mining and agriculture at Magnet and the Murchison area .Well done to the efforts of the community members who help build and put together this wonderful museum ,I really enjoyed this museum.

Wonderful Gem in the outback, great Visitor Centre and Museum. Lady (Cecilia?) was fantastic at the front desk. Displays show alot of hardwork has gone into it and maintaining the standard.

Very well presented information centre and museum. Excellent selection of brochures, an interesting museum and a better than average rock collection.The lady providing customer service was very friendly and informative.

Visitors center shut. Caravan park needs to be shut down would not pass health and safety. Showers filthy out of three men's two broken one had tree roots growing thru wall white mould spores growing on walls. Broken tiles did felt very safe left early in the morning. Worst van site ever seen...

Mount Magnet Visitor Centre
This is hands down the best visitors centre I have been to. The staff is so friendly and very informational. The prices of the things are reasonable and fantastic quality. The Museum is very cool. A Job well done the the owner who set it up. Will definitely stop by every time we pass mount magnet.
