Matt and his team have been consistently fabulous across the twenty odd years I have been visiting them. Matt periodically checks and cleans my vintage diamond ring, made our wedding rings and repairs other jewellery. I purchased an engagement ring for my partner through Matt. This can obviously be a stressful experience for someone who doesn't know much about the produce or industry. Matt was the first to respond to my enquiry and handled the whole process from start to finish. He was highly professional, informative, helpful and courteous to both my partner and I, and it was for this reason that we decided to go with him over all the other jewelers that we contacted.Matt made us a custom made ring off one photo we had sent him. When we got it we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of it. Frankly, the ring Matt made was better than the one we had a photo of. His complimentary cleaning service for the lifetime of the ring was just another added bonus that shows how much he cares about his work and his customers.
