Went to get my dolphin cleaner fixed they said they could not look at it until mid of January so looked at google got it fixed some day and Vermont south

Been with this branch over 10yrs and probably over last 18months have become more and more very unhappy with there service and support ! So I decided to move to another pool company, so when cancelling our service with this company the lady employee never asked me once why I was cancelling, She only ever said Cool" and " Have a good one " obviously they don't care ! But hey that's why I am leaving in the first place "CAUSE THEY DONT CARE" so not really surprised just disappointedI just felt that after 10yrs of loyal service

Your on google reading this review, may as well google your issue cause you'll find an answer quicker. And then when u know what you need, they will be shut 20 minutes before closing time so you cant get the chemicals anyhow

We had the amazing team from Poolwerx out to overhaul our pool and I mean overhaul. They were beyond amazing, they were extremely professional and accommodating and our pool has literally never looked and run better. I highly recommend and wish there was more then 5 stars to give

Poolworx Lilydale is Professionally managed by Jon and his well trained staff.They Test your water accurately at No Cost , which is more accurate than testing yourselves with the Home Test Kits !There knowledge and advice has always been very accurate and helpful.
