Just entered the local werribee store with 1/2 an hr to go till closing and got badgered at the door by an employee saying You've got 5 minutes"... we got more time to spend our money at stores that appreciate our patronage. Au revoir."

Rude lady at counter, the website showed as in stock and it was not stocked. She wasn't bothered about feedback. Rivers management - Hope you are looking at feedback and make necessary action

Great store, good products (mainly clothes & footwear but some other various specials), great friendly pro-active staff.

The woman serving was great and friendly. A lot of great deals to be had, I bought 2 pair of Sandals at nearly half price. Register rolls holding up the shelves was the only issue.

Made me feel very uncomfortable, they don’t help, they give you a wired look. Felt like I am in 1950 and getting racially profiled. I loved the product and the price though.....

Always the best when it comes to collection, the quality of the apparels and very good discounted price year round. Our go to shop for all casual cloths other than the big retailers. Sometime some staffs are bit grumpy and don’t really respond well to our questions.

Great variety beautiful staff loved what l got.

Witnessed an elderly man who asked for help treated with absolute contempt. Staff member repeatedly yelling at him, they are at the back wall, and didn’t bother to help. I proceeded to show him the way and gave him a hand. Honestly, find another job if you don’t want to help customers. Staff was the nasty, older, wrinkly prune working morning of Saturday 25/2.

Arrived at Werribee store on a Friday just before 5pm. Internet shows store is open until 5:30pm.Within 2 mins of arrriving, the assistance says :we are closing and you'll have to make your way to the counter. Before we could even say anything, they switched the lights off. Leaving myself and older mother to walk through the store in the darkI told the ladies you might want to change the time on the internet as it displays you close at 530pm. She replied that's wrong. We don't have control over the internet "This store is known for its rude unhelpful staff who have no customer service and huffing and puffing around the store in frustration.Is management doing anything or reading the reviews?"

One lady in staff is super rude..Gave weird looks from the time I entered the store and when asked about some product she responded in very very rude way..felt like racism as she was super nice to some other customers..
