Couriers Please did not deliver the order and Gym Plug promptly used another delivery service to ensure that a fresh order was delivered within a few days. I didn't need to contact Gym Plug to ask about my order. They proactively tracked the order themselves and saw that there was an issue with Couriers Please and made sure that I received a new batch of weights with a more reliable courier. Much appreciated! Love the weights! Will start my gym session today!

I'm not one to write reviews, however it was such a pleasure purchasing from Gym Plug. My order arrived on my doorstep very promptly, and when I had the slightest of issues with the incorrect sized cuffs being packed in the box, Sam replied to my online chat straight away. It didn't matter that it was a public holiday, or that it was 8pm at night, nothing seemed an issue. My new cuffs were on my doorstep within 2 days. It's hard to find good customer sevice these days, but Gym Plug must really pride themselves on giving the BEST service!!!!
