Whenever we come to Newcastle we always have breakfast here, has a variety of options to choose from also gluten free options available. Price points are on par with every good restaurant. Only down fall is not open of Sunday’s at this time which disappointed us as we needed our hangover cure but with any luck they will open again on sundays in the near future! Highly recommend

Have been here twice for breakfast & lunch the food is yummy & friendly service. The gluten free hot chocolate with gluten free marshmallows is such a treat. Gluten free food from the Blind Baker can be heated up at the cafe & eaten with your meal.

I've finally found a cafe in Newcastle that makes poached eggs perfectly every time, French toast just how we like it, and a good cup of coffee. The staff are welcoming and the food is well priced. They also have a great selection of home made cakes, scones, etc.

Not sure what has happened recently… Maybe a new chef?I have been coming to chaddies for over 10 years.Food is now taking 40 minutes - 1 hour to come out, coffees 30 minutes. Previously even with a full house they were able to have the food out even before the coffees.Girls seem to think it’s just because they are busy, I believe it something else as this was never the case before.

Bit disappointed with the food. Adult pancake stack ordered with caramelized banana, just got plain banana on top. Kids pancakes were missing strawberries as on menus so had to ask for it. Pancakes on dry side and only small amount of maple syrup/ butterscotch so half pancakes left on plate. Mushroom bruschetta was very tasty and recommended

A wonderful little cafe with friendly staff and great service. A good selection of foods on the menu, including some more unusual ones like a jacket potato with mince filling, delicious. Kids were well catered for, and they enjoyed their drinks and meals. Our meals and drinks were all fast to arrive, tasted great, and were good value. Would easily recommend this place again, and we'll be back.

Food was great. Was overcharged but this was fixed when I went back. Overall a good experience.
