We are extremely happy with our new Rosemount kitchen. The whole process was handled by friendly, courteous and efficient team members: from the initial planning and measuring to the installation.The tradesmen were very careful of our existing flooring from the front door to the kitchen site. Rosemount installed a brand new kitchen for me and I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. Everything was handled very professionally from my first contact with Brooke, the design consultant through to Mat who supervised the project. Nothing was too much trouble and any query or concern was immediately dealt with. The finished kitchen is amazing considering I had a limited budget to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosemount for any renovations in the future.

Very happy with our new kitchen and laundry.Rosemount were great to work with to design what we wanted and accommodated all the changes and tweaks we wanted to make through the design/quoting stage.There were a few notable issues during the install, which created some delays. It took an extra 3 weeks (8 weeks total instead of 5). But Neal the project manager was great at getting the issues sorted out with minimal hassle to us and making sure we got the kitchen we wanted.Despite the issues we had I would still recommend Rosemount.

We had a beautiful new kitchen installed in 2019 by Rosemount, and we are delighted with the finished result. I am writing this review now because last week I had an issue with my fridge that is built into a tight cavity and difficult to access, despite having a plumber come and try to fix it. I didn't know what to do, so I decided to call the head of Rosemount, Mark, and he was absolutely fantastic in his response. He rearranged the next day's work schedule so that one of their top blokes, Owen, could come first thing the next day, and he resolved the issue in about ten minutes.That's what I call service. As Mark once said, we are in the people business

Rosemount Kitchens were very professional in their approach from the design to the final installation of our kitchen. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the company. The showroom at Nunawading gave us great ideas for our kitchen. The tradesmen were punctual, pleasant and any delay was communicated to us in time.Matt was excellent as the project manager and is a real asset to the company. He contacted us regularly and made sure that the issues were sorted out as and when they came up. They were very professional in their approach, design and installation and kept us informed during the process. They were very punctual. Even during difficult circumstances (Covid Lockdowns), they kept us well informed with progress. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Rosemount kitchen, our friends and family can't believe the transformation. We had a great working relationship with the team, all of whom ensured their role was completed in a professional and timely manner. Communication played a huge part in the success of our project, especially when we had some concerns, which were addressed promptly and efficiently. When the install was complete we received follow up emails and phone calls checking that all was okay, it's often the little things that make the biggest impression. We love everything about our kitchen, the layout, the walk in pantry, the clean, smart lines of the cabinetry, the BLUM hardware, the splashback (suggested by Matt)...........we just LOVE IT! It was a pleasure to have Rosemount Kitchens renovate my old kitchen. No more kneeling on the floor trying to get items from back of the cupboards as it is all there now with a push to a drawer. Many thanks to David Slade (designer) for giving me a design that will last for years.Mat was a great project manager and I found all workman used during this renovation to have the experience and expertise - a great team to have transform my kitchen.Rosemount Kitchens were simply fantastic and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We loved our experience with Rosemount Kitchens. Our large kitchen, laundry, 2 x bathroom & toilet project was not cheap, but worth every dollar we invested. Their full-time team members were ALL a delight to work with, generous & accommodating. We had some issues with a couple of their contractors but RK always got these resolved. While the timeline of our renovations was impacted by the pandemic, we were always kept up-to-date, and receiving frequent calls direct from the Managing Director says a lot about how much RK cares about their customers. Totally 100% recommend them to all.
