Coco Nails Dakabin

I went in to get a full set of nails, very simple, nothing fancy. The job was incredibly rushed. I asked for coffin ends and they are all over the place. Some are heavily slanted on one half of the nails and barely on the other side. The nails themselves are also terrible. Some aren’t filed enough, some filed too much and all aren’t evenly filed ( as in one part of the nails is higher and like a blob compared to the other). Staff seemed nice but didn’t speak much and often spoke among themselves ignoring the customers.For the money I paid I expected so much more, the bare minimum being evenly done nails. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

I’ve given this place a few chances but will never go back after today. My finger was cut and bled, I was overcharged for nail polish application that could be done better by a toddler. The woman who runs the place takes no ownership of dodgy work and suddenly has trouble with her English when confronted. Each step of painting my nails had to be corrected and the end result was so embarrassing that it reflected something I could do with a nail polish brush in my mouth. Absolute rip off and not professional whatsoever. Gel polish allOver cuticles a cut, bumps and an overall rushed job…again.

The front male worker is super kind! It’s just unfortunate that the staff seem to rush jobs & miss steps. I knew he cared about my nails but I’m not sure the lady doing my nails did care… skipped basic cleaning steps such as under the nails before applying false ones. Didn’t trim/go around the sides either.. felt very very rushed… before we started I asked the lady if she wanted to look at the photo again, she said no and proceeded to start incorrectly so I had to whip out my phone in a hurry to show her. I wish I could give this salon 5 stars but I simply have to be honest. For $82 (the most I’ve ever paid) I expect my nails with very basic art to be perfect.. and they just weren’t… I think he knew that his nail tech could’ve done better also… it was a very basic pattern that just couldn’t be done by this salon.. very disappointing & Overpriced for the service. :( sorry

I walked in and was greeted very nicely. Then had my nails done. They were $55 for a basic clear acrylic they were very thick and flimsy. Then the next day they had come off and I went back to get them fixed for no charge. They then turned out worse. I do not recommend this nail salon.

I was a bit skeptical about going in to do my nails but I thought of giving a new place a try. The ladies were extremely nice and my nails were done just as I have always wanted them done. If I could give it a 10star, will definitely do. Also, it is affordable compared to other places i have been to.

I went in to get a full set with matte black polish but was told the matte was too hard and time consuming, I next asked for a curved black french manicure, the lady then laughed hysterically at me saying no that wouldn't look good at all ad she will do it better. She then did a rushed set all while talking in her own language and laughing while pointing towards a customer with her back to her at the back of the room!Once she finished my set she handed me over to another lady to paint them.... they looked terrible!She shape and filing was AWFUL and the polish was awful too! So awful that I went straight home and took the polish off and refiled it myself and repainted!The man who I'm guessing is the manager was LOVELY though! He seems to be the only good thing about this shop!

I have been going to Coco nails for 2 years now and do not like to go anywhere else.I find that the staff are always lovely and i feel it is top quality service being served a cold bottle of fresh water when you arrive. Care is even taken when you are having your nails done that they will take the lid off for you.I am always happy to see Jenny and Ben’s friendly faces and enjoy getting to meet family members who have come along to help when they get super busy. I appreciate that they always try to fit me in on short notice and I feel as though I have developed a lovely friendship with the staff over my time as a customer.I also appreciate that Jenny is happy to try and tackle any art designs that I would like that are within her skill set.

Phoned to make an appointment, and specified what I wanted on the phone, only to arrive and be told No we can't do that" so chose to do a gel colour change instead.The price list said it was $30 for this which I was happy to pay (even though most others only charge me $20-$25)The lady started on removing my old colour was very rude and quite rough

Just had a pedicure here and really disappointed with the outcome. Silly me trusted that theyre the professionals and know best, so didn't bother looking at the actual result. Paid the $55, got to my car and this is what I was left with.

I have been going since Lillybrook was taken over . They were great to start with a girl called maddi I think then she was moved to another store the older lady with copper hair rushes all her jobs pretends she doesn’t understand even when she managed for a while the man is lovely really helpful but he should really look at the quality of work . I’m going to give them one more shot then I’m out if I get same results.
