Head Studio Rockingham

I absolutely adore coming to Head Studio Rockingham and seeing Chelsea for my cut and colours. It's a beautiful location and the staff are always friendly. Most importantly, the consultations are great and you never feel rushed through or unheard. Chelsea listens and is very precise with her scissors :-) I'll continue to recommend this salon to family and friends! Thank you Chelsea and the team xx

I highly recommend Layla at Head Studio Rockingham.My first appointment was such a wonderful experience, Layla went above and beyond my expectations, providing a level of service I haven't received anywhere else! Layla truly cares about the experience and end result.I've just had my second appointment with Layla, and I'm beyond happy with my new colour and cut.

Started coming here a few years ago and had always stayed with the same stylist however she's since left and I was feeling a bit nervous trying someone new as it can sometimes be tricky with curly hair and I can be picky however I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Chelsea for a colour and Hannah for a cut and my hair came out amazing, I was going from blonde with 9 months regrowth back to my natural colour and Chelsea did a fantastic job at the colour match and blending in of the roots followed by a beautiful cut by Hannah.Overall staff were lovely even if it was the end of a long day for everyone and I am so happy with my hair so will definitely keep coming back.

Such a beautiful salon, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Chelsea does my hair and gets my blonde perfect every single time. She always comes through with exactly what I ask for and won’t be going anywhere else. She is a hair wizard could not recommend her enough especially if your wanting to go blonde !!!

I have been a customer of this salon for a long time and would 100% recommend all the stylists as they provide quality and fantastic service. The only salon I trust with my hair!

This review reflects the customer service of the salon as a whole, not the actual hairdressers. I started getting my hair done by Dani, and she did a great job colouring and cutting my difficult hair. Then a couple of times I made an appt with her, but when I got there they put me in with someone else. Had they told me, I wouldn't have minded as it was only for my regrowth both times. I sent an email letting them know I was disappointed that they didn't let me know, and at least ask if that was OK or did I want to reschedule. No answer. I sent it again a few weeks later, and my answer was 'sorry that happened, we'll make sure you have Dani at your next appointment' and that they've been busy, which is why my email wasn't answered. (Not good customer service). So I decided to give it another go as I really needed a cut and Dani does a great job. I rang and couldn't get through, so booked online. I received their generated text saying someone would be in contact with me. Nobody got in contact with me, so my hair still hasn't been done. Time to find a new hairdresser.

Chelsea has just taken my long tired hair and given it life again, she also took the time to ask about what my specific problems are with my hair and recommended some great products and tips. 10/10 would recommend, I'll be back soon for that colour!

Wow! Am absolutely delighted with my new colour and style created by the lovely Layla. Very professional and highly skilled .I felt completely at ease with Layla who went above and beyond on every level. Fabulous is an understatement! Best hairdresser I have been to in a very long time. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I was very nervous, but had made up my mind to get a very short hair style. I needn't have worried as I was in the very capable hands of Tracy. The end result was fabulous!
