Lots of people in the store only 2 checkouts open & no speedy checkout had to use the self serve which I hate doing

Historic had a fresh renovation and is a lot better laid out for shopping I think personally they definitely had enough people on the registers and everything seemed to be flowing quite well

Plenty of parking onsite, and multiple entries to cater for it.Plenty of space inside, nice wide aisles allowed comfortable browsing. Staff are always friendly, produce is always fresh, store is always clean

There's never enough small trolleys for people who only want a small trolley. The car park is big, yet very narrow. It's hard for 2 cars to pass each other. Milk is in far back corner so very inconvenient. Layout isn't great.
