Mitchell Bourke answered the phone quickly - he was friendly and courteous. He attended my house within the hour and fixed the problem with my stove with minimal fuss. I was able to pay him by direct debit into his account. He presents as an honest professional who looks for the best outcome for his customer. I will definitely be using his services again. He is highly recommended.
