Great value for money! Me and a friend regularly come down and enjoy an hour in the sauna followed by an hour in the contrast pool. The service is always excellent. The facility is well designed and comfortable. There isn’t a service that’s worthwhile that they don’t offer! I only wish I had more time to enjoy them all.

Had my first remedial massage yesterday from Leanne and could not be happier with the service she provided. She took the time to assess and identify the areas where I was experiencing problems without feeling ‘rushed’ and discussed my concerns. Will definitely be a return patient!

The place is lovely but I didn't find the relief that I was looking for. The whole time that I was talking with the therapist she was in crossed arms position, I told her about pain in my feet and she didn't turned her view to check my feet and in 90 min treatment she didn't massage my feet. I'm shortly 1.50 mts I think it is enough time, wherever I sent a proper email long time ago and I hadn't receive any answer.

I had a remedial massage from Julia and it was the best massage I've ever had. She worked specifically on my problem areas, great pressure, very efficient and relaxing. She was even able to tell me a bit about what's going on with my muscles and some tips for pain relief at home. I felt so relaxed all day afterwards, highly recommend a massage from Julia

Really great experience. My partner and I both had a 60min massage - perfect remedy after a tough week! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pricing is well and truly worth the services delivered.Thank you for helping to un-knot and relax my muscles - has been great to aid my ACL surgery recovery.
