Be Challenged Team Building

BeChallanged ran an incredible event for our STA Travel annual managers’ conference, which ended up being the absolute highlight of the entire two days. They ran a customised version of their 'survivor' challenge down on St Kilda beach, and were able to brand everything for us and our partnering sponsor. Everyone had a fantastic time, everything ran seamlessly, and it really was a testament to their organisation behind the scenes and the enthusiasm their team brought at the event.We have done a few corporate team building events with other companies in the past which were pretty dry, but BeChallenged truly were so engaging and inclusive of all staff members, and the competitive nature of the mini competitions got everyone involved and laughing.A big big thanks to Carly and Darcy from BeChallenged for their hard work in organising our event. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat – highly recommend!

I’ve been using Be Challenged for my companies offsite conferences since 2018 and I must say from start to finish the service is amazing! Their products are incredibly fun and are always a highlight of our conference. Rob has always been our facilitator, and whilst his looks distract a few of our younger workers, his enthusiasm and charisma makes the activity great!10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I have used Be Challenged on 2 occasions and on both times they were professional in all ways. I had the unfortunate situation where I had to make a very large change just 2 weeks out from my event and Darcy went out of his way to accommodate my changes. We ran a build a bike for Heart Kids and Be Challenged managed to have several families come to our event on the day so our staff could give the bikes they made to the children. The other event was Survivor which was excellent as a tool to help build communication within a team of 120 people. The staff that were with us on the day were a lot of fun and motivating. I look forward to working with Be Challenged again in the future.

I have used Be Challenged a few times now and they always leave our corporate teams feeling highly inflated and very connected as a group.
