Have stayed here once before to attend family functions, accommodation spot on for comfort and price, very ,very clean and fresh.Service was exceptional,staff could not do enough for us .We stayed in room 18 ,a double suite with a double room up each end a pull out sofa bed in the middle ,a kitchen with large fridge, microwave, stove etc.Both bedrooms had bathrooms which was an excellent idea for families staying together.There was a kiddies room ,a deck with lovely swing chairs with heaters above and warm blankets to use while sitting out having a drink ,watching the kiddies or cooking a BBQ.McDonald's, subway, Domino's located across the road, or you can use the in-house restaurant, unfortunately we did not get to try it but hope to next visit.We will definitely be staying here again when visiting family in Cooma and the region, highly recommend this lovely place ,thankyou for making it such a pleasant trip for us .

Very welcoming & clean motel. Even had a microwave which was great when you’re down for the snow and trying to be conscious of money. We’ll definitely be back. Lady at the desk was very friendly & helpful when checking in/out. We checked in late and they’d had the heating on, which was awesome to come in to.

Local experience food with a clean hotel. Step Overnight before inspection of Selwyn Snow Resort. You stay overnight at Red Hill Hotel in Cooma.Don't miss dinner eat-in-house cooked by a Young chef. I give him a 5-star. Cook by heart my dinner is yummy than 5* Hotel in Canberra a night before" Thank you so much it was Yummy!"

No service offered, we paid full price for 4 nights and no room servicing at all. Who even does that? 3rd world conditions, disgusting. Never again.

This is a first for me doing a review, but had to give some good feedback for this place. Firstly the accommodation is good, rooms are well kept and comfortable.The standout was the restaurant and very friendly staff. Restaurant is newly renovated and looks great. Meals were spot on, the steaks are amazing. Best rump I’ve ever had and cooked perfectly every time. The staff are great and couldn’t be more accommodating.Definitely the place to stay in Cooma.

Situated at 35 Sharp Street.Linens all nice and clean and plenty of supplies.Good quality loo paper.Opposite KFC, Dominos, Subway and Grand Court Chinese.Microwave in the room I had.Has its own restaurant and bar. Guests can get a discount.Parking outside the room.Owner kindly accommodated a late checkout without charge, which allowed me to get half a day of work done before I had to go.Wooden bits for the windows to discourage unwanted visitors trying to slide them open from the outside. Chain for door. Tick, tick.Good wifi.This is quite an old old motel but it seems reasonably well maintained. Okay for a night or two. Seemed very popular with travelling workers.If you don't want to pay a credit card surcharge, take cash to pay the tariff. It's currently listed as 1.5% on the Wotif site but that information is not obvious in Reception. I totally forgot until I saw the total was different to what Wotif put on my itinerary.

Enjoyed our stay today. Place was so clean. Staff are very friendly from check-in until check-out. Would definitely recommend to friends and will definitely come back next winter! ☺️

We took the Executive apartment. Good value for money. It's close to pretty much everything in Cooma. Just about an hour drive from Threbo and Perisher. Didn't use much of other services. Room was clean and the heating was awesome along with the heated blankets. Well equipped kitchen that was clean.

The good: Walking distance to town. The room we stayed in was nicely renovated. The manager was friendly, polite and helpful. Good fast WiFi.The not so good: rooms could be better soundproof. No smart TV in our room.
