Lash extensions we're done by a very inexperienced artist who glued most of my lashes together (and lashes to the skin) using premade fans and then refused to respond to calls or texts requesting to book me in or for repair and infills (they were very uncomfortable, falling out everywherefrom improper application and had 2 lashes actually scratching at my eyeball and a couple were facing downward and also poking my eye. I was also supposed to get a $20 new client discount which was not applied.I ended up having to get them removed and pay someone else to have them redone as they were not repairable. I find this unacceptable business practice, I have left messages on the answer machine and even the salon owner has not responded.i myself do not recommend this salon as they don't follow up and if you have a severe reaction good luck getting through.Oh I had requested a glue patch test, no test done she just started applying happily.nu
