Handy service station to pop in for most things, we exchanged our Neverfail water bottles and bought a newspaper, I've also used one of the hire trailers when I was moving properties.

Staff member quite rude , I asked a large and a regular coffee and a chocolate bar . As I was getting my coffee the Machine ran out of milk . I politely informed the staff member , who very loudly and rudely told me I had only paid for one coffee . If that was the case I was totally unaware and I hated being treated like a thief . A small sorry , “I mustn’t have heard your order properly “ would have made the situation much more pleasant for everyone .

Would be super awesome if this $9 (yes NINE DOLLAR) burger" that is advertised to come with lettuce and cheese actually did. Bonus points if they could tell you it was 8 hours old and the bread was solid. Don't bother stopping at this ripoff shop. PS fuel is 5-10 cents cheaper less than 1km down the same street"

It's a Caltex, not an Ampol service station, for a start. I got fuel and Soda Stream gas refills. I like that they keep these behind the counter, and you don't have to the old, Here's the key. Go out and swap the bottles and bring the key back" routine. The staff are always friendly and polite."

Limited after hours service. Staff are unaware of customers outside the store unless an internal alarm is triggered. This service station is not 'open' because the doors are kept locked. Staff will ignore you unless an alarm is triggered.

Extremely poor service by the night staff on 04/05. Refused to make a coffee by saying it doesn't fit in the night window. He got verbally abusive when we requested to pass it thru the door instead. We were driving for another 400kms and really needed some coffee to stay active.
