RItchies IGA Taren Point

This place has everything you could wish for food wise in a supermarket & delicatessen. So well set out, with the room in the aisles to move freely no boxes on the floors. . The fruit & vegetables section were displayed beautifully. Customer service was excellent. There is so much choice, you definitely have trouble keeping buying items to minimum.

Ritchie's IGA Taren Ponit catering platters Gold Star. I got The gourmet platters, sandwich platters and two sushi platters. Amazing well priced, So fresh and full. Next party I will be using them agian.

Walked in there for the first time today. What an amazing store. Merchandising was spot on along with the customer service! Lady at the checkout was simply amazing. We have a new store on taren point road and I will definitely be recommending it to all my staff and customers!

Huge selection of groceries. Has a liquor store attached which is handy. Love the sushi bar. Great when you need a quick and easy lunch option. Parking is good too

Regularly drop in to Ritchies to pick up some specials and add to the shopping done elsewhere. We find the quality of fresh food is very high and the meat is always worth the detour. There are regular liquor specials so it has become the go to for stocking up on favourite beer, wine and spirits.

ITS NOT OUR FAULT !!!Explained I bought 3 Flannelette Shirts last month when grocery shopping and put the shirts in the wash first on the instructions and when I went to put one shirt on I could not undo the buttons due to the fact it was stitched up at the bottom where the buttons do up. I was told it’s not our fault and why didn’t you bring it back straight away.I said we’ll it’s not my fault, you are the ones selling the goods so it’s your responsibility to sell items in good condition and because I bought 3 shirts I can’t wear 3 all at once.Look we don’t have those shirts anymore so you can take the shirt home and fix it yourself.Thank You for not believing me as I rang up and explained firstly and the response was well no one else has had those problems as no one has returned the shirts.Look for a lousy $6 Ritchies IGA Taren Point did not believe or help a loyal customer for over 30 Years spending money each week doing my grocery shop and I was recommending the shop, staff and location to other people and knowing all businesses are struggling at this time of Lockdowns well that’s the last time I spend my dollars and that’s the last time I recommend Ritchies IGA Taren Point.Just trying to bleed every cent they can get out of customers when there profits have fallen since most Australians are in Lockdowns through COVID-19.Not very Australian Ritchies.High Prices and outdated food so my advice shop elsewhere as you would be better off and not felt like it’s your problem.It’s all my fault the shirt is sown in the wrong place and I cannot wear it and because this I should have looked at the shirt before I paid for it.Great way to run a Australian Business today in the 21st Century.It’s all about Profits and see how much we can siphon out of customers.Not Our Fault.!

Absolutely gobsmacked by the extensive selection of products, this must be the largest IGA in Australia. However, when I reached the cereal isle, looking for black & gold home brand corn flakes I was shocked when I spotted a middle-aged man, probably about 50-60 years old nibbling at the corners of many cereal boxes, he hissed at me as I walked by. I'm not entirely sure whether it was completely human as he did appear to have some mouse-like features, truly a revolutionary experience, will be returning in approx 5 - 10 business days.

Love the new set up! Looks amazing now! The prices are more expensive than other supermarkets but I like how it’s quiet, and spacious! Feels much cleaner with everyone social distancing.
