Ok bought a dryer got it home unwrapped and it was severely damaged. It was like it was dropped in store or off truck. Rang, brought it back and had a feeling that they thought I had damaged it the way they were ruling out that it’s their fault. No sorrys, no anything. Wasting my time and fuel to bring it back. Was told it didn’t come in like that even though it was wrapped so you couldn’t tell it was damaged. Anyway sorted got new one. Won’t be shopping there again and urge people to maybe visit another store.The guy at the counter was extremely helpful.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here today! My wife and I had quite a lot to get, and Donna helped us with everything! What we were expecting to take a couple of hours was sorted out in 15 minutes, and for a better price than we were expecting. Massive thanks to Donna and the team at Midland!

Entitled, disengaged and uninterested customer service / sales staff managed by entitled and self-important store / floor manager. Poor experience for a number of reasons, including the attitude of the person in the computer department. If I ever have to purchase from The Good Guys, it won’t be from the Midland store, but as a rule I’ll do my best to avoid The Good Guys completely.

I had an overall good experience when purchasing a new washing machine. The sales person was pleasant to deal with and I got a big discount as they had a display model that I could purchase. Premium delivery is fantastic as it includes installation and removal of old appliances. I’ll definitely go back to buy a new dishwasher soon.

We bought a fridge. We organised it for delivery. We were asked if there were stairs and instructed there were 3. This then became the reason it couldn't be installed. The delivery date was changed 4 times because a fridge was missing, a customer who had ordered one but didn't need it for several months became our saviour. The delivery company was extremely rude (toll) and left the fridge in the garage for us to deal with, luckily we and my husbands best mate managed. Waiting a few days to go back in store because of how furious I was at the whe situation the staff were seemingly very helpful and agreeing of my frustration, they refunded the delivery fee. Delivery that was to include the removal of the old fridge and rubbish. The original delivery date was the 13 of January and I'm still waiting for pick up of the old fridge in spite of two attempts with the good guys to organise it, saying leave it with me"

Easy to find what we want Kerry O (Sales person) very helpful, and professional. Easy place if you want to just get your item and go. without the fuzz of having to search and walk around like headless chicken not knowing where to see or check items.

What an amazing experience! I walk in and instantly I feel welcomed, people are running around trying to help me. By far the best team member has to be Jacob, he helps me every time, infact I won't buy anything if it's not Jacob on the floor.
