Terrible customer service. I was referred there by my insurance company. The repair (very basic, replacing headlights and paintwork on the front) took a month instead of quoted 10 days. I called a few times, they never called back as promised, maybe just once. Also they caused additional costs which I paid out of my pocket (in another service centre) which they agreed to reimburse. Took another month and a complaint to NRMA to get the money back.

Vehicle sent for repair and it’s been a month.Still has not been fixed .If you have an option to choose your repairer this is not the place to go.Not professional at all

Rarely bump into an honest panel beater, but I left this shop with a smile.For a roof repaint for my vehicle I'm about to sell I was told not to waste my money, but adjust the sale price accordingly.Will recommend to all who need a reliable and honest service.

Pros: high quality work and very professional, good natured staff.Cons: need to work on their communication to customers and transparency about delays.Poor quality internal clean jobSome scuffing around the door where the adjacent panel was replaced, looks like they hit it with a tool as they worked on the other panel, not massive damage, just disappointing.Overall, you will never find a perfect repairers - but these guys were really quite good. I would recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - The worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with - I was forced to use this company for an insurance repair and I'm not sure the car is better than when it went in! - request your insurance company select a different company. Job took longer than they said and was a very very poor quality repair. Car was returned full of dust. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - LOOK ELSEWHERE!TERRIBLE SERVICE & TERRIBLE REPAIR JOB.

As a new customer at Rigoli, I could not be more impressed. Their service, quality of work and customer service did not go unappreciated. Kevin, John, Linda and Nick are very professional as well as thorough and genuinely good people. They did an amazing job repairing my car. As an added touch they also fixed up paint marks and made the car look and feel brand new again. They did extra work on my car and still had it ready on time. We will definitely now be a repeat customer at Rigoli Sutherland. I would highly recommend Rigoli to my family and friends and anyone who reads this review. :)
