I walked into their Norwood store to get a knob. They didn't have what I needed but called the Holden Hill store to see if they did have it. They did. I went there. Not only did I get the knob, I got a reception fit for a king. Terrific service. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a weber Q 2200 from Heat works Holden hill and I can't rave enough about how useful this unit is. It cooks really great and is so portable for caravanning .I am really happy with the purchase and the service and help we received from the staff at that store. It's worth the trip to get a good deal and service.

I bought a Nectre from them a couple of years back and was impressed with their knowledge of the product and how quickly and smoothly it was delivered and installed. They've also been great when I had to have our other heater repaired last year. Happy to recommend them and will deal with them again.

Dropped into the Norwood store last week to look at gas logfires. The salesperson was fantastic, his knowledge of the various heaters and their suitability to my needs was top notch. The level of customer service was excellent, a few of my friends have purchased from this store previously and suggested that I go there. I cant wait to get my new gas log fire installed.

Worst experience ever. Was told the delivery time on the fire place was 2-4 days, great, paid deposit was then told it was 1-2 weeks....after 9 weeks and a total nightmare and worse customer service, it finally arrived. They lie, don’t return calls and don’t even get the order correct!!!

Was sold a heater that was 10 years old.(Manufacture date on name plate)It didn't work. We returned the heater and waited over 4 weeks for our money.We contacted consumer affairs in order to get our money back.Don't go there.
