This was a very disappointing experience and a waste of time. I just wanted to set the time right on my Casio sport watch. I have lost my instruction manual and my own trials went nowhere. Being aware that this company likes you to book an appointment in advance, I phoned first, explained my need to reset the time to day light saving and asked if I can just turn up, as normally such a task takes only a couple of minutes.I was told to come and see if she can do it while I was waiting. I did that and drove into the city the following morning, only to be told to leave the watch there and collect it the following day or at an appointment time. She also mentioned that this might cost $25. What a rip off. She didn't even try to ask the repairer at the back if he could do it while I waited. I left them with a bitter taste in my mouth.It is worth mentioning, that on my way back home, I stopped at my local shoes and key repair shop in Hawthorn, who also happens to sell watches and to my pleasant surprise, he did it on the spot and at no charge whatsoever. That is good service and I praise them for that.

I got my fossil watch battery replaced here. It was cheaper than other alternatives in the city, plus there's a free 1 year warranty in case the battery needs to be replaced again. The service was also great - got text reminders for the appointment and had a friendly experience at the store. Thank you once again for your service! :)

Fantastic service from the Tik Tok team. I have been a repeat customer over the last 3 years getting batteries changed, strap adjustments etc... I just returned again to get more maintenance done on a few watches. They are honest, up front about (reasonable) pricing and really friendly as well.

Very kind employee. Very professional. I can also add, now that I got back my watch, that the person who fixed my watch is great. My 20 year old watch is as good as new...See the picture :-) I strongly recommend this place! I will be back soon with my other old watches to fix!

I really enjoy Tik Tok’s great customer service and high quality work. I became aware of TikTok when I had to have one of my favourite watches fixed due to the low quality work of another company that had damaged my watch - I gave the watch to Tik Tok to repair and they gave me back the watch in totally new condition; needless to say that now TikTok is the only place that I give any of my and my wife’s watches for maintenance. Thank you again for your great service Tik Tok watch centre!!

Had two mechanical watches repaired and serviced there recent. 5/5 satisfaction. very professional, excellent communication, two watches keep time perfectly. The staff identified the flaws of my wife’s watch and repaired it, now it has been running so well that she starts to wear the watch everyday after almost 10 years’ not wearing it at all. This watch repair centre is an absolute gem and convenience based on city location.!Honest as they come, service is super friendly and reasonably priced.Avoid those repairers that are situated in the middle of shopping malls. Wrong sized battery in a $2,000 Breil watch and I was lucky no damage occurred - charged a premium price too, then when replacing my Fossil watch battery they bent the hands and this has now scratch the face of the watch.I will only come back to Tik Tok Watch Centre!Thank you so much and a very happy customer. I took my old watch to this store. Initially I hoped it just had some problem with its battery because it is affordable. But I know there are some problem in it because I repaired it before. The staff was really nice. He checked it for me and told me it still works ，just stopped a moment，no need to pay and gave me good advice. I really appreciate it. The attitude is excellent！

I sent a very old watch (50+ years) off to be fixed through one of Australia's biggest watch fixer companies, after 6 weeks they called and said it was too old to fix and gave it back to me. I was recommended by a friend to try Tik Tok Watch repairs and within 5 days my watch was completely restored and in perfect working condition. I cannot thank the team enough!!! Highly recommend!!
