I received my mighty McMuffin meal, and the top half of my muffin is ripped in half and nowhere to be find. I wish I could take a photo and show you all. This is disgusting how people could even send this out! But this is the first time I didn’t wait there for 10 minutes for a meal.

Very disappointed. I was starving& ordered A Mighty Angus. Looked NOTHING like the pics. Now, that's no surprise. But it should look SOMETHING like the pics...Very skinny burger. See pics. And Pickles?(yes I like them) it looked like one lonely Pickle thrown on.. it was 3 small squashed together, stuck in one corner. One piece of tomato. And I was charged over$8 for this burger" (I didn't get a meal ) pretty pathetic really."

I worked here. Great place, full of lovely staff.Customers were always soooo impatient and rude though.Like if don't like the burger then don't order it.

Terrible experience, lack of care by staff is astounding. There seems to be an assumption that everyone knows the menu by heart and no effort is made to provide the product that the customer is actually asking for.

This store is filthy !! Toilets are dirty, windows are disgusting also tables, chairs and floors look like they haven't been cleaned for weeks yet somehow the crew have plenty of time to stand around and gossip. Very poor hygiene all round

Wow. This place just goes from bad to worse!Staff Swearing loudly with children in store.Tables are filthy and it’s difficult to find a clean seat or table.20 mins to get order and only because I stood at counterNo napkinsStaff yelling at each other and ignoring customers.No manager on site.
