My mechanic was super friendly, arrived on time and took the time to explain the problem to me. Would use again.

Booked for 150000k service. Quoted a price that we thought was unreasonable so the mechanic was told not to proceed with anything additional to the logbook service. Mechanic became argumentative and hostile with a threatening undertone. Had to agree to price of service as car had been pulled apart to do a pre service inspection" and was left immobilised. At this point demanded payment upfront - a picture of a credit card and photo id to be texted to the mechanic?! (Company vehicle) no where on the website does it say this. The FAQ'S say payment on the day. And nothing about texting personal credit card details to an unknown person.Customer service is disgraceful and bullying tactics are used to force overpayment."

No one from the management has tried to reach me to hear about my complaint.Hate to play the annoying customer role, but I also hate to be fooled.-----------I sent my car for fixing, I didn't know what the the issues exactly were. Their diagnosis is the turbo needs replacement plus some misc. They charged me for $3877 including labour.I called them asking for my invoice many times. They did not send it until now (they just sent it on 2pm 1/6/2022 after I kept pushing). They sent a mechanic to my place to check what is my problem. His diagnosis is the transmission is failing.The car price in the market if it is perfectly working doesn't exceed $12,000 . They didn't tell me in the first place about this issue before charging me for $3877. If they told me about the transmission issue in the first place I would sent it to the wreckers.Not recommended if you are not good in cars and can't follow.Not recommended if you are busy and just want to send your car for fixing, pay, and get it working fine without much headache.My advice, get everything in writing. GET YOUR INVOICE, you will need it later when you go with a formal complaint.

These guys were awesome. Their mechanic arrived on time and didn't give any fake promises about fixing, yet still managed to complete the work that day even after having to drive an hour away to pick up the part. Fair pricing and I recommend them to anybody who needs a mobile mechanic

Pretty disappointed with what i used to think was a great service.-----Cant help but to feel like this guys ripped me off.-------They were booked to help with a door locking issue which they never fixed after 2 call outs. i just discovered they didnt replace the BCM that they said they had replaced and that i had been ripped off buying a stereo head unit i did not need to fix my door locking issue

Had a booking for tomorrow (Monday) at 7:00am. At 6:17pm tonight (on a Sunday) i get a text stating they've changed the job time to an hour later. The text says to ring the number if there are any issues but when I did, the automated message said I rang outside of business hours. No one contacted me to check if changing the job time was suitable or not. How is it you can book a job a week ago and then the night before they change it without even speaking to you? I've cancelled it, going to go with someone else. What a joke.

Josh our mechanic went above and beyond to ensure that our issue was fixed without any major cost blow out. Always communicated throughout the entire process and literally saved me thousands in repairs by going the extra mile to find a solution to my faulty steering rack. Highly recommend to anyone.

Will (Q32) Did such an amazing job as always , i’ve used him a few times now and he has always gone above and beyond and provides a great service, always give me piece of mind leaving my car in his hands , will definitely use again and recommend to anyone i know , Cheers again Will
