I chose this mechanic because of his amazing google reviews and he did not disappoint. I was able to bring my van in with very little notice and he got her running again in a couple of hours. I was lucky because it was the day before the long weekend and he was able to get it done before everything closed for four days. Life saver. Friendly and warm customer service. He was able to spot the issue immediately and explain the issue clearly. I definitely recommend.

Tampered with our service history (which had absolutely nothing to do with them) and crossed out the last service entry in our log, potentially devaluing our car. When asked to rectify their mistake, they refused and blamed the previous mechanic (when it wasn’t their mistake at all). We won’t be returning as taking responsibility for mistakes is essential in a tradesman.

I recently visited this place and was extremely impressed. The mechanic quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicle. They provided clear explanations and went above and beyond with their thorough inspection. The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Jo and his team were excellent throughout my entire experience. I bought a used car recently, and needed to get the RWC before I could transfer it into my name. Unfortunately, the car needed a fair bit of work to be RWC worthy.Jo and his team did a full inspection of the vehicle for any deficiencies, were upfront, friendly, helpful, did quality work, and even gave a small discount to help me due to the amount and cost of work that was needed.In addition, Jo came here as a backpacker many years ago, has slowly built up his clientele and business, and is considerate of travelers and backpackers alike. Therefore, no scams or taking advantage of travelers/backpackers. I would recommend them to anyone, and I am sure you will have a great experience as well.

They wanted to pull apart my engine before fixing a fuel leak . The price was double what the owner quoted on the phone half an hour before my girlfriend picked it up. This business looks genuine, honest but I found them to be be opposite.
