Took my blue silk blouse and they absolutely destroyed it.The blus silk is covered in something like a white powder no apology no refund.

Customer service is appalling. The drive through pick up is a hoax. You have to park your car in the 'drive through' and go inside physically which is the same as having to park and collect.

My husband's shirt was soiled while at Top Hat - it was brand new and was being pressed prior to an event. The owner took no responsibility and was extremely rude. Won't be returning, and now need to purchase a replacement shirt for the event tomorrow.

dropped off doona, they advised a week to be cleaned.No one called to say it was ready.I walked into shop to see if it was ready and the owner told me it's not ready yet then she had a look around and it was the doona sitting out on the front counter with no bag just getting dirty on the counter top.I asked how long it has been sitting there, she said a day, I asked why hasn't anyone called me, she said she was busy. She was so rude and had no idea what was going on in her own business, just making up excuses. Didn't apologise to say sorry no one called or it took long time. Plenty of quicker dry cleaners around with a lot better customer service!!

Always courteous and professional. The family are a hard working family who are the most genuinely kind and gentle people I know.

They pressed a bug into the lapel of my white shirt the day before a wedding. Offered to 'give it a try' tomorrow (day of the wedding). Responded extremely rudely to my wife whilst busily dodging any responsibility and would not offer even a refund for the $5 press. Now I have a ruined white shirt. Avoid this place if you want to be able to use your clothes once they're done.
