Loved shopping at the essendon store.Amlan was a true champion, a very patient and accommodating staff who showed me multiple options and did not hassle me in to buying an item. He went above and beyond to check stock across victoria and got me the couch that I really wanted.Great place to buy some quality furniture.

Nick Scali have the worst customer service in history!Do not purchase anything from Nick Scali.Our bed came with missing parts and after weeks of requesting the items they have no idea when they will receive the missing parts.When requesting a refund they have it under review"And the team that process refunds don't take phone calls or call customers back!When I request to speak to manager they seem to not take phone calls either and constantly make excuses like"they're all in meetings" "our system is down"Would give 0 if I could. Paid for a product that we cant use or put together!Don't even get me started on the delivery team.Happy to take the money but when it comes to accommodating the customer

SOS....One of the worst services I've ever received in my whole life.Who said telsta was bad, OMG the worst customer service over the phone. One can't speak to the store, one can't book a delivery date, one can't fix a pick up date because their system never works... If I had a chance, I'd give back my furniture...if thats still an option can someone from nick scali call me and refund me my money and take back the furniture.When I bought the furniture it was supposed to be floor stock, when i went to book delivery it seems the container hasn't arrived as yet, this is called a scam and a joke....How does such business get away with this scam...Can some authority get behind them and investigate this scam...

I will echo the reviews posted by most others here recently. The Sales Team are quite good, and the furniture itself is of decent quality. But the after sales and delivery service are completely unacceptable.We purchased a reclining sofa, from existing stock as we needed it urgently (and we went out of our way to make sure Nick Scali knew we needed it urgently). Despite the sofa being in stock, they will only deliver once a month. So a 4 week wait was required. In 2023. Go figure.Approaching delivery date, we wanted to make final payment, only to learn that Nick Scali had recorded our mobile telephone number incorrectly. Hence a confirmation text was not received, and we missed our delivery date. Even though we pro-actively reached out to them 4 days prior to delivery. Apparently we missed some sort of obscure internal processing deadline, so we had to wait another month. Despite Nick Scali knowing we needed the sofa urgently, and despite Nick Scali having a correct email address recorded (which they had successfully used prior).We contacted Nick Scali to discuss options, including us arranging delivery ourselves, picking up the sofa ourselves, but Nick Scali refused to engage, or take responsibility for their (avoidable) error, or to otherwise attempt to remedy this situation. The only thing they did do, was let me know that delivery dates are not guaranteed".So

Sales staff excellent. ZERO STAR FOR THEIR CORPORATE. After sales customer service is rubbish. Delivered faulty goods taking them almost two and a half months to to come out and still not fixed. Their attitude is to that we customer has to organise our life around their schedule. I will never buy a product of them ever again save a heartache and don’t buy coz their after sales team are unprofessional and keep talking in circles …… shout out to their sale team though no complaints about them.UPDATE: spoke to them couldn’t care less and no clue of the appointment to fix the couches will be kept or not …… no clue if one is coming to fix it or not and giving me a run around that we understand. Now I am demanding a full refund and they are not refunding ……..STAY AWAY people go somewhere else ……

Had nothing but bad experience with Nick Scali, would not recommend to anyone. Still currently fighting them about a refund on my faulty couches with them. Customer service is shocking and no one knows anything.

Very dissatisfied with the couch I bought from Nick Scali. I bought a 4 seated couch with a recliner and also chase. The materials were from separate colour batches, so within the couch, there were differing colour tones. The sales rep came out and took photos and examined the couch and claimed that I was wrong and the couch was fine. I had an independent profile done from a furniture manufacturer and they wrote a report stating the different colour lots used. Nick scali refused to accept this report and give me a refund. The couch was hard and with my disability, I could not sit on it for long periods. I am so disappointed that they refused to acknowledge my concerns and their lack of care. This has been an ongoing battle with them since 2020. Don’t except luxury products, or service from this company, but only expect bad conduct and bad manners.

When it comes to sales they perfect, when it comes to delivery they are the worst. The first delivery was damaged and second delivery drivers wasnt sure they even doing. And also Adam from essendon nick scali said delivery driver takes back all the rubbish boxes and they left everything. Dont even buy a thing for a dollar here. Absolutely disappointment

I had good customer service when they took my money. However I wish I read the reviews before buying a couch. 10-12 week estimate turns into 15-16, week, but you have to chase them to find this out.Honestly if you find something just as good somewhere else, go somewhere else.

But the after sales and delivery service are completely unacceptable, especially when the fault is on the business.We purchased a Sofa set late last year understanding through the sales team that COVID delays and holiday constraints meant the product would take time to deliver. We accepted the 10 - 12 weeks of expected delivery time (EDT), also waiting beyond the additional 2 - 3 weeks of EDT as given by the contract (it is meant to be 2 weeks only but they inserted an additional week). It has now passed this period.We contacted Nick Scali to discuss options but sales staff, under instruction from the manager, refused to engage or take responsibility or to otherwise attempt to remedy this situation. According to ACCC guidelines for Consumer Rights on provided within a reasonable time" we are now entitled to some sort of compensation. The only thing they did do
