We have utilised the services of Brenton at Concept Electrical for the past 2 years. This has included electrical installation in our home internally and externally and for a new pool. Every job has been carried out meticulously. Brenton and Ben are reliable, responsive, communicate well and take pride and care with their work. No challenge has been too difficult. We cannot thank them enough.

An absolute pleasure to do business withWe have used Concept Electrical Albury on 3 occasions to date installing LED downlights, power points, etc. and have found Brenton to be an excellent operator. He has been punctual to date or has phoned to advise any delays encountered. On arrival there has been no loud music or barking dogs emanating from his vehicle and he hasn’t brought a ghetto blaster into our home to thrust his choice of music upon us as so many other tradies decide to do.He discusses the job and suggests any new products that could be of interest before getting to work. He seems to enjoy a friendly chat from time to time as work progresses quietly and efficiently. When it's all done he cleans up “army style” so that you wouldn’t know he’d been there. He is a good tradesman and gentleman and there really isn’t any more we could expect for a job well done. There is no doubt that we will use him again for our next electrical need.

A truly professional company end to end. I was left with no hot water and needed a new system installed. Concept Electrical teamed up with my plumber and came to the rescue delivering a tremendous service and at an affordable price.They come highly recommended by me and will use them for all my electrical needs.

Hands down best trade we have dealt with in a long time! Came out for a quote, and had a full quote and install date before they left. Nothing was too much trouble, and works were spot on!
