I unfortunately had a terrible experience with Joyce Kitchens and the quality of workmanship.The kitchen renovation was an upward 30k job and I expected a quality product and quality customer service to match.The renovation took 3 months to complete and was an absolute nightmare. The cupboards were not measured correctly and could not be fitted and had to be remeasured and recut, the doors still don’t sit correctly until this day. A whole other range of problems including an incorrectly cut stone bench top which had to be recut and installed again, exposed wires behind cabinetry, poorly fitted glass splash backs which also had to be removed, recut and reinstalled.We attempted to resolve the issues multiple times but we were ignored for 2 years, there was a point where the account manager hung up on me when I was trying to arrange a time for them to come and have a look at the kitchen.There are still things in the kitchen that I’m not happy with, I’ve contacted the building commission but there’s not much they can do due to the time that’s gone past.Extremely disappointing after saving hard earned money and looking forward to having a brand new kitchen installed, what was meant to be something exciting was nothing but a stressful experiencePlease just save yourself the stress and do your research before you choosing Joyce Kitchens

After waiting 5 months, the kitchen is still incomplete. Joyce are continuously unresponsive and don't have any semblance of project management and supervisory skills. People responding to emails are only doing the barest minimum and often only usually address one of the many issues raised. Just really sick of their poor attitude and indifference.I would not recommend them for any work. Find someone who actually cares about their customers.

Joyce renovated our kitchen during the pandemic, so it was a tricky time for work.Pluses- good solid design- great cabinets and install- relatively on time given the contextNegatives- water and electricity trades were all consistently so bad that they actually created significant and ongoing damage to appliances. Repairing this has cost us $$ on an ongoing basis. Beyond incompetent.- incredibly poor project management and communication- some cabinet hardware has wear after just 2 yrs.- staff churn at a rapid rateOn the whole, my sense is that this was a good family company run to the ground by poor new management and ownership.

The perfect company to create your dream kitchen with. Caroline designed the whole kitchen with us. She actually listened to what we would like to achieve. She provided lots of different design solutions which could be incorporated in our kitchen space. We ended up taking brave steps and going all in by ripping out walls and changing our complete flooring as well as changing the windows before putting in the great new customised kitchen cabinets in. The builder recommended by Caroline is absolutely great. Andy from Amber Construction transformed our house. He is quick, reliable and solution driven and gets tasks always completed to high standard. However, the kitchen installation was carried out by Shawn from Joyce Kitchens. He is really also one of the biggest assets from Joyce Kitchens. Of course nothing is perfect and straight in an excisting property. Shawn performed the miracle to make everything fit perfectly. Yes, a big project & perfection takes time. Therefore, our thanks to David who had to deal with the delivery and production side of the new kitchen. Everyone is currently effected by crazy delivery delays. David coordinated and organised all the 100... little parts needed. A big THANK YOU to everyone involved!!!!We highly recommend Joyce Kitchens. If you are looking to create something unique, highly practical and timeless; don't hesitate to call Caroline. It’s been about a month since the renovations to our kitchen were completed. What was once the darkest corner of the kitchen/ dining area is now the shining jewel of the entire house. Unreachable corners and spaces piled up with long forgotten utensils and items have now been transformed into easy to reach practical spaces that invite to cook and entertain. This is thanks to Caroline’s amazing attention to detail and understanding of merging the practical use and functionality of a kitchen with designing a space to enjoy.This has been our first big renovation process that involved a variety of trades which truthfully seemed a bit daunting especially in times of trade shortage. Ben and his team have done an extraordinary job in turning our old dark kitchen into the jewel of the house. We also specifically would like to thank Robby from Robbie’s Ribouts, Dirk from Dirk’s Tiling, Raf from Centreline Plumbing and the cabinet makers. We really appreciate the great work and great communication throughout the process. We highly recommend the team from Joyce Kitchens Osborne Park!

My experience with Joyce Kitchens and our designer Simon Cox could not have been better. We were given a timeline for our kitchen to be finished and it started on time and finished on time, there were no delays and we had no issues at all which was fantastic. Simon was excellent, he gave us several design tips we took on board and the result looked great because of his advice. We are very happy with our kitchen and so much so we have referred Joyce Kitchens to two colleagues. We are very happy with how the kitchen looks aesthetically, it is much brighter now, and the quality of the cabinetry and drawers is very good. Our whole kitchen looks great and definitely functions much better.

In late July 2022 we signed up for a new kitchen with Simon at Joyce Kitchens. We found Simon to be very helpful, and his ideas matched with what we wanted from out kitchen, with his computer generated 3D pictures extremely helpful in confirming our design. With the Covid-related issues of the time we expected some delays with works from the various trades, but things seemed to kick-off on-time for the check-measure and next payment. Things stalled at that point and nothing seemed to happen for far too long - some direct conversations ensued then the kitchen was scheduled and build started. Usually this would trigger the actions of the rip-out team to come on site and start the decommission of the existing kitchen, whereby we would be without a kitchen for 4-6 weeks.... this didn't happen. The kitchen build (off-site) was done and we were asked if we could manage to store the cabinets until the various trades were ready, which triggered the next payment request. We refused as we still had no date appointed for the rip-out to commence and this payment would leave very little incentive to the company to move rapidly, having gained the bulk of all moneys owed - which was a wise move. As the Christmas period approached we were very concerned we would still not have a new kitchen by Christmas. Joyce re-arranged their trades overseers, we were assigned our project manager (Ben), and then things came together - nicely. Once dates were set things did move quite smartly, and we found all the trades to be very professional and helpful. Ben really did go the extra mile to help keep things on track, and also got on the tools himself at times.In the end our kitchen turned out lovely and draws many complimentary comments from our visitors and guests. It works and flows very well and we love the drawers with inner top drawers. And it was finished before Christmas... just!Comments to those considering - ensure you don't underestimate the costs of plumbing and electrical trades, as these costs are in addition to the kitchen build that Joyce is responsible for. Of course that also applies to any floor repairs or corrections required (we had timber floors so that was quite a task). Appliances also are not part of the price to Joyce, and are additional. All up the whole reno probably cost about double the amount paid to Joyce.In the end we are very happy with the result, and it is a pleasure to prepare meals now in our lovely new kitchen.

I recently had my kitchen, ensuite and laundry renovated by Joyce.I am very happy with the results. It was completed just in time for Christmas and I love it !I purchased a house a few months ago that needed a lot of work. I shopped around and sought the advice of a number of companies then found a great designer in Dawn. She was the first person who actually listened to my wish list and offered good advice. The 3D walk through helped my understand the layout as I have difficulty in reading the drawings.I have ended up with completely different colours than I thought I would but it works beautifully.I am now planning to have my second bathroom renovated this year and will return to Joyce.Chris the installer was great and Mark the site supervisor was very helpful. Both the plumber and electrician were fantastic. Dan worked very late one night to make sure everything was working for Christmas. Thank you very much to the Joyce team.

Rough start but a good finish.It wasn't all smooth sailing and we had some very frustrating delays due to mistakes by contractors but the overall outcome has been good.Our kitchen was remodelled towards the end of 2020 and completed early 2021 a few months later than the originally estimated date.We had issues with poor communication following signoff on the designs and the aforementioned mistakes took longer than they should have to address.To their credit, it appears Joyce took on board our issues and have made major changes.The trades we had finishing off our install were great and the communication from our new project manager at Joyce was excellent. Just a shame it could not have been that level all along.We love the new kitchen now it is complete and hope Joyce continues in the manner they improved on our build.

Joyce and Simon did a fantastic job on my bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The whole process was seamless and prompt. I am so happy with the result! Would recommend them to everyone.
