Wasn't going to post but considering the way I was treated on the way out after complaining, I feel it necessary.Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to after going in to have my SNS nails removed. After going back in a few days after having them done, one already snapped and a few having gaps under the nails, looking uneven, gel top coat peeling and looking very tacky. I went in to have them removed, only to be spoken to quite rudely and refusing a refund.The quality was awful and finally the owner agreed to a refund but refused to take them off. I would have happily left then, however the owner then continued as I was on my way out saying Good luck with your miserable life b@$'?. You'll never be happy (referring to finding someone I'll be happy with to have my nails done)I wouldn't go back if I was paid to. Place is also looking very dated
