I was waiting for 30 mins after my appointment

Don't bother going here for laser hair removal. Will keep the laser at the lowest percentage so it doesn't do anything and you have to keep going back. Money grab.

In response to Cat 75. As a business we pride ourselves on our professionalism. It is disappointing to see a negative review from a customer who returns 14 months after their original treatment, stating that they were unhappy with the results. Since posting this Cat 75 has indeed returned to the practice, been given a complimentary consultation and additional free skin care despite the 14 months since the original treatment (all without us being aware that this was posted).As a company we always welcome feedback!!!

Very unsatisfactory experience with Dr Shirato and the Cutera laser. I was told the laser wouldn't make my face look worse but sadly after 2 treatments I was left with permanent red marks and scarring due to the procedure. The experience was extremely painful and no relief was offered. To make matters worse, I was kept waiting for an hour on one of the treatment days before seeing Dr S. I am now seeing another dermatologist to repair the damage. Service was less than friendly, no concern or follow-up to my issues despite calling and leaving messages. Please do your research - lasers can harm especially if you have sensitive skin! There are more professional and friendly places to go in Adelaide, especially if things don't work out.
