SJK always to the rescue! They are my first call when I have an issue. The team is professional and provides quality service. I had a roof leak and they were prompt to service resulting in no further interior damage.

This is the second time that I have used SJK for the company I work for. They have been extremely reliable and helpful. From the guy who came out to quote our work to the installation. Explaining the works which would be best suited and also when an issue arose I did not feel like they were doing to to rip me off but from a genuine sense of safety. I will be continue to use these guys from lights, air-conditioning and even if we need any plumbing in the future!

Zac from SJK Collective did an outstanding job on our house renovation, installing multiple new lights and switches - working through some difficult problems (as it is an older house), he was on time, courteous, and the end result looks better than we expected. I called requesting a smoke alarm certification. When booking, no one over the phone mentioned there was new legislation (introduced 2 months ago) requiring smoke alarms to be installed in every room.When the person came to certify the smoke alarms, he was there for 5 minutes and told me my alarms were none-compliant with the new legislation but that he didn't have any on his truck and he would have to issue me a quote to replace them.I was charged $135 for 5 minutes work for someone to tell me my smoke alarms were non-compliant, which any diligent business would have raised with me over the phone.I rang to request that fee be incorporated into a subsequent quote. I also let the person know i am selling my house, so i was after a competitive price. I received a quote to install high-end smoke alarms and the quote was in excess of $1,000 (in addition to the $135 charged, which was not absorbed into the quote).I was recommended this company by multiple people. In my experience, there is poor communication between their staff, they have zero care or attention for your actual needs and they are significantly overpriced.I would strongly advise against using this company.**Edit** i got a call from Lincoln after posting this review. He was very apologetic and understanding. He agreed to waive the invoice issued to me, which was nice. Overall, I have upped the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm quite positive SJK would have done a great job, but certainly some areas of improvement.

The team at SJK collective were fantastic to deal with. They were clear in their communications to arrange the work, arrived promptly and performed the work without hassle. I would recommend them to anyone with electrical needs who requires vendors with good communication and time management skills in addition to electrical skills.
