The lady is absolutely insane. My cat was sick and needed surgery and I needed to urgently take him to greencross. In my hast I pulled into the only available car park. And the woman came out screaming profanities, swearing, calling me names etc. Definitely not a friendly human, or business owner. Wouldn't recommend going 2 feet near the place.
