Prushka Fast Debt Recovery

This company is charging double for what I owe, I’m paying my debt off to the company I got it through and Prushka are taking it out of my account aswell. Unprofessional, they don’t respond to emails, I’ve emailed them before advising that they’re taking too much money and they keep doing it. I’ve paid all my debt off and they’re still taking it out.

I paid the outstanding amount on the 8th of December 2022, was told they settle accounts at the end of the month. Rang today 6th January 2023 and the account was not settled. I cannot collect my late husband's ashes and his anniversary is on the 14th January. To say I'm angry is an understatement.

I recently lodged a debt with prushka and was extremeley disappointed with the service I recieved.I was never contacted or given updates of what was going on with my claim, I had to call them and would often be told they'd stopped trying to recover the debt.I dealt with Tracey, who was quite blunt and not overly friendly.The commission rate is ridiculous, I would not recommend at all.

Prushka were very helpful to me in chasing a non-paying and unpleasant corporate tenant who defaulted on a final lease payment.A lot of effort was expended by the collection staff who were subsequently subjected to abuse from the unpleasant tenant, but their professional communications and standards were maintained.Regular communication and status updates were provided to me at all times.Unfortunately, further pursuit of recovery was no longer possible under the law, but at least the tenant was called out on their bad behaviour and hopefully, we can record their default on their corporate credit rating and score, as well as the director's indivdually.Would definitely recommend Prushka to small businesses and clinics for their bad debt recovery.

I had sold a quantity of peas to a South Australian dealer, then I had to start chasing payment, firstly I was told we must make a plan, then oh yes we are working on that and then the 'phone was not answered. Following up with emails had no result.At that point I handed the case over to Prushka. What impressed me was,The positive attitudeI was told upfront of the charges applicableThe persistance of my contact in dealing with a very difficult and evasive characterThe advice I received to ensure next time I was in this position I had properly drafted my invoicesPrushka recovered more than I expected, my out of pocket costs, relative to my original claim on the dealer were minimal.

I used prushka 10 years ago and they were great. Having said that, I now have some new debts which need chasing however it is impossible to get a hold of them. I have called them twice and been on hold for 45 minutes, left voice-messages and never got a call back. I have twice left my details on their website and had 2 different people email me but then they did not reply to my reply to them. It appears they have grown to a level where customer service has deteriorated. How can I trust you (prushka) to chase a debt on my behalf when after 6 attempts to speak to you, I am still without I single call back or decent email response.I am not one to complain but this is just unacceptable and I am sure I am not the only person experiencing this.

We have used Prushka Fast Debt Recovery services on several occasions, with sucessful outcomes. I can highly recommend them, if your having trouble collecting money owed to you. Most cases have been resolved just with the Bad Debt receiving the Prushka Fast Debt Recovery Letterhead. Other occasions we've had to push forward with a more aggressive approach & Prushka took over completely, which allowed us to move forward & focus on the day to day running of our business. End result, we got our money!

This company contacted me under the guise of 'Mendelsons Lawyers Debt Recovery'. They have been attempting to contact me for months in an effort to collect fake debt money.They somehow had access to my medical records and requested payment for tests I had never undertaken.They only closed my case after I came up with a story they should have been able to dispute. If they had all the information they claim to have, they would have known I was lying. Unfortunately, they only gave up because they knew I wasn't going to give them money.Clarence, you should be ashamed.This is a scam company looking to take money from poor people like me. Do not fall for it.

Had a rather bad experience. Maybe depends on a person looking after your debt but in my case it was handled by one of those people who make sure it looks like they are doing their job but they really don't put a half decent effort to it. Wouldn't use Prushka again and wouldn't recommend.

No-one has been able to get one cent from the woman that owes us money in over 12 months. Like others have said, I guess it depends on who is looking after you.Sending me a report each month in the form of an excel spreadsheet that shows me nothing more than what is owed (the whole amount) and what has been recovered - nothing, does not make a successful win by any stretch.I thought I was using a serious company however each time I attempt to phone anyone I get pushed from pillar to post and no-one ever calls me back. Is it any wonder that our customer got away scott free without paying any money.I am bitterly disappointed in the outcome and would not recommend.
