I went in for a skin treatment that did not match my skin concerns and she gave me the treatment that I needed , She knew I would benefit from this treatment way more and put my skin needs first. She is professional and great at what she does. The treatment itself was great, and now my skin feels and looks amazing. I’ll be back for monthly treatments and I’ll never go anywhere else now. Chic salon is beautiful, clean and very inviting. Maria and her staff do an amazing job and you can tell they love their work, are devoted and believe in their products and techniques. I had a micro-needling session and was very impressed with the results. I highly recommend Chic salon for all beauty treatments as their service, quality and experience are second to none and the results are excellent.

Lady I had last night for my Laser was just so good at her job. She knew a lot , she could have a laugh, she was very professional.She mentioned she didn't normally work at the Penrith store I wish she did as I always find such a quick turn over in employees. Hard to continuously get used to different people having to explain. Aside from that she was amazing!

A few months ago I was raving about Chic but the service and quality has definitely gone down the drain. The girls who used to do a great job on my eyebrows have disappeared. I specifically asked for my eyebrows to not be thinned out and they are definitely thinned and it beyond fustrating when I have been growing them out for months this is the worst they have been. I am really unhappy with the end result. My eyebrows were done by the manager who constantly left me on my own to finish another clients who was ordered extra services on the spot. I rung to complain about the quality and nobody has bothered to call me back. Really disappointed with both the end result and the poor customer service.

My mum, sister and I recently started going here for face treatments and laser hair removal. All the girls who work at the clinic are so lovely and always make us feel welcomed. Maria (the manager) is so friendly, genuine and professional. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything to us. She takes so much care in everything she does and we attend our appointments certain we are in expert hands. It never feels like she is trying to sell us unnecessary products or treatments we don’t need like other clinic have in the past. So happy to have discovered this clinic!
